Curry Wings 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup yogurt 20 trimmed and separated wings
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cilantro, crushed pepper, green onions, curry, sugar, salt, and yogurt. Mix well.
Add the wings, coating them thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350. Spread the wings evenly on a buttered 2 inch deep baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until brown and cooked through. Transfer to a platter and serve with pita bread.
