1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper
1 teaspoon finely diced green onions
20 trimmed and separated wings
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, brown
sugar, soy sauce, honey, crushed pepper, and green onions. Mix
until smooth. Place the wings on a low-to medium-heat grill. Brush
generously with the basting mixture, and continue to baste and turn
the wings for 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown and cooked through.
Transfer to a platter.
