2 to 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings 1 1/2 cups currant jelly 2/3 cup vinegar 1/3 cup oil 1/3 cup soy sauce 2 teaspoons thyme 1 to 2 habanero chiles, minced or to taste
Combine jelly, vinegar, oil, soy, thyme and chiles. Pour over wings.
Marinate for 6 to 12 hours. Grill or broil until crispy.
